We're so excited to have you join Causely! As a new member, we offer a free Onboarding (training) session following sign-up.
(If you haven't scheduled your Onboarding session yet, GO HERE)
Here's what you can expect:
1) Your assigned Onboarding Coach will give you a call at the time of your scheduled session using the number you provide in the booking form.
2) You and your Coach will walk through the Causely Dashboard together to make sure you can find everything you need to be successful with Causely.
3) Your Coach will answer any questions you might have and address your location's specific needs. We'll discuss some best practices that we've seen other Causely members use to succeed.
Here's how you can prepare:
1) We highly recommend getting your whole team Onboarded. If you have staff or managers who you would like to join the call, just let us know in the booking form or feel free to have them with you when we call. (We can make accommodations to include people who are in other locations, just give us a heads up and we'll set up a conference call-in number)
2) Have your Causely Dashboard open and ready to go. Here are steps on getting logged in, and you can invite other users, managers and staff to log in and follow along.
